TBD US Highway 221 Business Road West Jefferson, NC 28694
A multitude of possibilities with your commercial intentions. The site has been graded, and some of it leveled for development. This commercial location offers visibility into an ever-growing popular visitation destination, and full-time living town. Of course, any plans for development would need to be proposed to the Town, as well as confirmation of City water, sewer, and natural gas. There is a ROW on the left side of the property, which the current owners have for sell as well. They would consider some personal financing. More photos to follow, with drone views.
