Remarkable 195 acre, century farm, featuring pastureland, planted pines, 1880's farm house and tons of opportunity. Originally the Sheldon Family farm, this property has been well kept for over 100 years, has large stands of planted pines, mature hardwoods, creek, stream, and an intricate internal road system. The topography is second to none, with large areas of flat land, a commanding hill top on the south western end of the property, and areas of gentle slop. Unrestricted, and ideal for any use imaginable, this property is one of the finest in South Carolina and must truly be seen to be appreciated. No value is given to the large home on the property, but it could be remodeled into an absolute showplace and features tons of late 19th century charm. Topographical survey, land survey, and tree map with internal road system located in supplements. Convenient to I-85, but offering a ton of privacy, the location is ideal. If you have ever wanted a large tract for timber production, farming, hunting, or development, look no further, this is truly a must see!
